- Ensure the smooth running of the Human Resources planning and operation functions including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 6 years experience in human resource management and minimum 3 years in managerial position
- Conversant in current industrial / employee relation matters and prevailing legislation
- Preferably with relevant working experience in an e-HR environment with multinational exposure
- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently with all level of employees
- Possess reasonable knowledge in organisational development will be an added advantage
- Competent with high integrity and conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
