Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Human Resources planning and operation functions including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 6 years experience in human resource management and minimum 3 years in managerial position
  • Conversant in current industrial / employee relation matters and prevailing legislation
  • Preferably with relevant working experience in an e-HR environment with multinational exposure
  • Result-oriented with the ability to work independently with all level of employees
  • Possess reasonable knowledge in organisational development will be an added advantage
  • Competent with high integrity and conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
